The Obagi Blue Peel® is a TCA with a twist -it allows for fine gradations of peel based on your skin type and desired outcome. Your skin professional determines the strength of the peel.  The Obagi Blue Peel® uses Trichloracetic Acid (TCA) as the active ingredient mixed with the patented Blue Base from Obagi. Cassileth Cosmetic Medicine will apply the Obagi Blue Peel® based on your level of damage and your desired level of Transformation. The Obagi Blue Peel® treats many skin conditions, including laxity, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, large pores, comedones and more. Treatment varies from no down time to full facial reepithelializaation depending on the desired level of peel. A skin pretreatment regimen is strongly recommended.
